The Solution was founded in 2002 by Tony Rath, Shawn Flarity and Kevin Moline when they saw a need for a customer-focused technology firm in the Cedar Valley.  Utilizing their combined experience in the field they began to grow a business that focused on customer satisfaction and cost-effecting IT solutions.

Since its inception The Solution has consistently grown the number of employees and now boasts hundreds of clients spread throughout the state.  Although only Tony and Shawn remain of the origional founders, the customer focused philosophy has remained constant.
